Airport Shuttle System
This airport shuttle company was using a mix of manual processes, an Access database, and a basic website for bookings. This setup made it difficult to manage operations efficiently. My task was to develop a new web application that could handle all aspects of the business in one place and improve the customer experience.
The new system allows customers to easily get an quote and book their ride online. It also includes a secure management area where staff can update bookings and send real-time notifications to customers.
The web application calculates the exact fare, processes payments through a secure gateway, and automatically notifies customers via text message. Additionally, it emails a confirmation with a custom PDF invoice attached, ensuring a smooth and professional booking experience.

Teacher Survey Portal
The client provides a service that helps schools measure student satisfaction and teacher performance. Their original process relied on printed surveys, and my challenge was to develop an online version to make it more efficient.
I built a private web application that allows teachers to join through an invitation system. Once onboarded, teachers can create surveys for their students to complete. Since the surveys contain many questions, I designed the interface to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The system also includes advanced validation and interactive features to improve the experience.
Once students submit their responses, the application processes the data and generates detailed reports for teachers and school administrators. These reports include interactive charts, making it easy to understand the results.
The client was very satisfied with the final product, especially the visual reports, which made analyzing student feedback much simpler.

Auto Network Platform
My client wanted to launch a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that allows car dealers and brokers to list available vehicles and submit offers to customers.
To achieve this, I developed a secure web platform that supports multiple user roles, including brokers, dealers, customers, and administrators. Each user type has access to specific features based on their role.
The platform includes an invitation system where brokers can invite customers via email, providing them with a personalized access code. Additionally, multiple application forms allow different users to request access based on their needs.
To help brokers manage their customers, I implemented a kanban board that visually tracks each customer's progress as they go through the process of finding the right vehicle.
This solution streamlined communication between brokers, dealers, and customers, making the car-buying journey more efficient.
